MOSCOW, Nov 14 (PRIME) -- Russian Railways has improved its decline outlook for cargo loading in November to 1–1.5% from 2%, Deputy CEO Mikhail Glazkov told reporters on Tuesday.
“Minus 2% was the first outlook, in the second 10 days (of November) now we are increasing it, and plan to reach around minus 1.5%... Now we will make effort to reach minus 1%,” he said.
Russian Railways’ cargo loading grew by 0.2% in January–October, and dropped by 3.4% in October.
